What this website is

CUPS Insurance is an independent insurance agency based in Ogden, Utah. This site exists to explain Medicare and health insurance options in plain English and to let you start a conversation with a licensed agent. It is a marketing and educational website.

It is not a government website, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of HealthCare.gov, the Health Insurance Marketplace, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any federal or state agency.

Information, not advice

Everything published here is general information. It is not individualised insurance, legal, tax or medical advice, and it does not create an agent-client relationship on its own. Insurance rules change, plans change every year, and your situation is specific to you.

Before acting on anything you read here, confirm it against your own plan documents or speak with a licensed agent about your circumstances.

Calculators and estimates

Every calculator and estimate on this site uses published 2026 plan-year figures and the details you enter. Results are estimates. They are not a quote, an offer of coverage, or a determination of eligibility, and they may differ from the final figure for many legitimate reasons.

Final premiums, savings and eligibility are confirmed at enrolment on HealthCare.gov or directly with the carrier.

Plan data

Where this site displays plan names, carriers or premiums, that data is retrieved from licensed plan-data sources for the ZIP code and details you provide. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is complete or current at the moment you view it.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. For information on all of your options, contact Medicare.gov, call 1-800-MEDICARE, or contact your State Health Insurance Assistance Program.
